Terms and Conditions




The Initial Term of your membership starts from the day of your first payment and runs for a minimum of your selected plan months (1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months). After the initial membership term ends, your membership will automatically renew to a monthly membership (“the Renewal Term”). You may cancel your membership after the Initial Term with a minimum of 10 days’ notice.

Unless given notice, we will continue to charge the same weekly fees as agreed for your Initial Term. We may decide to change the membership fees, but in such case we will give you a minimum of 14 days' notice of any fee change. 



If you have opted for Direct Debit, you will be charged every Monday for all sessions in that week. E.g. If you have signed up for a twice weekly plan, you will be charged for two sessions every Monday.

How to reschedule a session?

To reschedule a session, you will need to contact us at least 24 hours prior to the start of the session. In case you do not cancel the session on time, this will be considered a no show and you will lose the session.  For example, if the session is on Friday at 8.00pm, you will need to cancel by Thursday 7.59pm of that week. Any cancelled sessions will need to be rescheduled and used within 7 calendar days of the original session date.

How to pause your membership?

You may pause your membership by giving one week's notice.

1 month memberships maximum 1 week pause.

3 months memberships: maximum 3 weeks pause.

6 months membership maximum 4 weeks pause.

12 months memberships: maximum 8 weeks pause.

You may choose to pause for the entire allowed period at once or in separate periods. 

Can I cancel my membership early?

If you are unable to continue with EMS training, you will be required to continue to pay the full amount until the end of your Initial  or Renewal Term without any right to refunds. Only for the following reasons can your membership with Vitalfit EMS Lab be cancelled before the end of your membership:

  1. Pregnancy
  2. Serious Illness
  3. Serious Injury
  4. Moving abroad

We may require you to produce proof which is satisfactory to us of any of these reasons that you are relying on to cancel your membership. Upon satisfactory proof, we will endeavour to cancel your membership as soon as possible, but no later than 7 calendar days after.
