In every workout with VITALFIT we activate all body muscles, which help strengthen the whole body. We focus on the core which is the area from the pelvis to the chest which includes all soft structures of this area (muscles, ligaments and skeleton).
Each session is individualised based on your own needs. When we focus on strength training, we do many variations in movements to activate as many muscle groups as possible. It is low impact and easy on your joints. No running or jumping required.
