The trainer will guide you through a 20-minute session. You only need a maximum of 2 sessions per week to see results.
EMS helps you obtain better results than training in a conventional gym, through electro-stimulation. The technology causes your muscles to contract up to 85 times per second, activating even the deepest muscle fibres.
First, arrange an appointment with VITALFIT either through our website or by calling us. At the start of your session, we will give you an isotonic drink that will keep you hydrated before, during and after the session. During the session, our fitness expert will guide you personally through your workout using a range of dynamic and low-impact exercises. We provide special clothes to wear during your session, and then we will help you get into a special vest covered in electrodes attached to key muscles all over your body, especially arms, legs and buttocks. When the session comes to an end, you will be given a protein shake for the recovery of your muscles. Your body will continue to burn calories after your workout as if your workout had not stopped. For this reason, VITALFIT training can only be performed a maximum of twice a week and must be followed by a short break of at least 48 hours between sessions (or other strenuous activity) to assist in muscles recovery.
